What is Revanesse Ultra?
Revanesse Ultra is a highly viscous, biodegradable preparation of non-animal origin based on purified hyaluronic acid in the form of a gel. This filler has a longer resorption period. It is used to smooth out deeper wrinkles and lines, such as:
- deep folds,
- perioral wrinkles,
- nasolabial folds,
- facial wrinkles,
- and is perfectly used to add volume to the lips and highlight the red border of the lips.
The increased level of hyaluronic acid cross-linking creates a very viscous gel that stays in the skin longer but is still easy to administer.
How long does Revanesse Ultra last?
The individual peculiarities of the patient’s organism will always determine the time frames for splitting and digesting of the hyaluronic acid in the filler. If all other lines of Revanesse last approximately six months, Revanesse Ultra can provide plumping and smoothing effects for above nine to twelve months. The denser and more viscous formula of the gel is slower digested by the body what allows the filler to provide excellent results for a longer period compared to its cosmetic ‘comrades’.
